•ABOUT THE PACKAGING•
I'm on a journey to become as eco-friendly as possible, so please keep this in mind:
- I use paper bags with local shipping, but for international purchases I’m using a plastic sleeve to protect the items inside.
- Most of the time, these plastic bags and tissue paper are reused from other purchases I’ve made.
- The cardboard I use to prevent the prints and stickers to get bend is reused.
- I use 100% recycled plastic flap and seal bags, please reuse them since they have a resealable adhesive strip.
- I'm trying to become more sustainable as time passes and as (hopefully) my business grows, I will be able to implement more eco-friendly elements.

• When will my order ship?
I ship orders every Monday or Friday. I do my best to have as much packages ready as I can. Remember I’m one person behind this shop. :)
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Colombian orders can take around 2 to 5 days.
For International orders may take between 15-30 days to arrive. Sometimes more, and due to COVID it may take up to 90 days for Europe and US. Please be patient. I know it's a lot of time, but I assure you that it will arrive.
Please be aware, that I’m not shipping to UK and Venezuela. It’s too complicated and expensive at the moment.
• Where is my tracking number?
You will be provided with a tracking number once your purchase is shipped.
• Can I return my order?
I'm sorry! :( I'm a very small business and I can't afford to accept returns at the moment.
